I have the right to refuse any commissions I am not comfortable with, even if its listed under something I will do. Please respect this

Payment will be requested in full upfront, unless we have mutually established a payment plan or agreed upon other method.

Payment is only accepted through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Ko-fi. No other methods are accepted.

You will be required to sign a google form before the commission process begins. This form states that you understand and accept the TOS. This is for both of our protections.

Anything NSFW will require a photo-id to be provided to prove that the user is 18+. This is for my safety and yours and is non-negotiable. (Date of Birth is the only thing required to be visible, other private information may be omitted).

Providing references would be appreciated over general text descriptions. AI images are allowed for minor references /inspiration (ex: a shirt or skirt on a character), not for the main character image.

Please be clear about any changes that you will want before the product is finished. Unlimited changes can be made during the sketching phase but anything past that will result in extra charges. Additional changes will be met with a $5 charge per change requested (charge will be added to payment plan or be requested to be paid right away, depending on plan).

Full refunds will be issued only if the commission wasn't started or still in the sketching phase.

If you choose to cancel your commission halfway through the process (where I have made actual progress) I can only allow a partial refund. Please consider this when commissioning. Refunds requested before starting or in the early stages will be paid back in full.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE COMMISSIONS IS FINISHED, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All stages of the commission will come with huge watermarks in order to prevent theft, this will not be present in the final product.

Commissioners will receive high quality files of their artwork without the big watermark once the commission is complete (a small, inconspicuous one will take its place instead).

Commissions are for personal use only, absolutely no monetization or selling of my finished work (or unfinished work) is allowed.

If you want commercial or merchandise rights to the artwork this must be discussed before the commission.

Commercial OR Merchandise rights are +100% of the base cost of the commission ( ex: base price 25 x 100% = 25; 25+25 = 50)

Commercial AND Merchandise rights are 200% of the base cost of the commission

Updates will be provided upon request, when I make significant progress, or found on my Trello board that can be accessed at any time and updated weekly. Please don't be afraid to ask for an update if I haven't provided one in awhile.

My turnaround time is anywhere from 1-2 wees to 2-3 months. I will always be transparent though out the process so don't be scared to as for a proper ETA!

FEEDING ANY PART OF THE COMMISSION INTO AI AT ANY POINT WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST AND A PUBLIC CALLOUT ON ALL SOCIALS.I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ART BEING FEED /USED /TRAINED FOR ANY AI.

If I feel I am unable to complete the commission due to the current state of my life, I will issue a full refund unless requested otherwise.

If you are posting the artwork on social media or other platforms you must credit me as the artist, no exceptions.

I may use the commissioned artwork to advertise my content on social media or through examples of my work. If you have a preference against this please discuss this with me.

Please don't be scared to ask any clarifying questions. I am always open to answer even if you aren't going to commission right away.
